A woman in Miami is facing allegations of assault, as the police claim she set fire to her Tinder date in car. According to a arrest report obtained by NewsBuzzr on Wednesday, the alleged incident took place on November 25 between Destiny Lenae Johnson and an individual she had met personally after connecting on the Tinder dating app.

The man informed to the police that Johnson messaged him around 5 AM and asked him to meet at a hotel, where she later demanded money from him. He told the police that he became upset with her reaction, and before setting the car on fire, she placed something with a gasoline-like odor on the passenger seat and ignited it with a lighter.
According to court records, Johnson was charged on Monday with attempted murder, and arson with serious case. She was booked into Miami-Dade County Jail, with a bond set at $10,000 for each charge.
As per the report, Johnson claimed at the crime scene that she was being robbed and was asked to engage in sexual activities for money, which she refused. However, the man allegedly by putting gasoline-like substance in her car and setting it on fire.

However, Johnson’s mood reportedly changed abruptly, and she shouted, “You guys came to get me!”
As per the report, she then forced the man into the passenger seat, and when he resisted, she poured the flammable substance on him and Johnson. She then allegedly lit a fire with a lighter.
According to his account, she laid down on the ground to extinguish the flames and took out a gun from her waistband to attempt lighting the fire again.
He claimed Johnson fled the scene, and the car became fire in flames. He sought assistance from the hotel’s front desk.
A 911 call was made in a few hours later from less than a mile away, where a burned naked woman reported that she had set a vehicle on fire.
Both the man and Johnson were treated for burns at a local hospital within a mile from the incident.
