Welcome to our new post in this post, we talk about Sexual Assault Allegations Against Tommy Lee by women in Helicopter. On December 19, a civil complaint was filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court by a woman identified as Jen Doe, accusing 61-year-old Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee of sexual assault during a helicopter trip from San Diego to Van Nuys, California, in February 2003.

According to the complaint, the woman alleges that David Martz, the private helicopter pilot for Tommy Lee, enticed her into the ride under false pretenses. Martz befriended her around the end of 2001 or the beginning of 2002 while she was working as a bank teller.

Claiming to offer a friendly helicopter ride, Martz did not inform her that other members of the Methods of Mayhem band would also be on board. The woman contends that within minutes of takeoff, both Martz and Lee consumed alcohol, marijuana, and cocaine. Allegedly, Martz instructed her through the helicopter’s headphone system to “just relax” when she refused to drink.
The accuser asserts that Martz then insisted she enter the cockpit, where Lee was present, and when she declined due to lack of space, Lee suggested she sit on his lap to avoid an obstructed view.
The woman claims that within a few minutes in the cockpit, Lee began touching and kissing her. Despite her attempts to leave, she felt trapped and alleges that Lee proceeded to sexually assault her, including attempting to force her head towards his genitals.
The lawsuit further states that the incident caused the woman significant emotional distress, humiliation, and damage to her reputation, fueled by the music industry’s culture at the time.
While the woman acknowledges no contact with Martz after 2009, she argues that the incident was not an isolated event but part of a cover-up by Lee and Martz to prevent the exposure of their alleged sexual assaults.
Jen Doe is seeking a jury trial for charges of sexual assault, gender violence, emotional distress, and negligence against both Tommy Lee and the late David Martz.
